Delicious smoked meats and homemade sides

We have always had a strong desire to provide great food and hospitality that can put a smile on your face. It has always been a passion to open a restaurant, but we knew owning one wasn't in the near future with our young family. After participating in a local charity BBQ competition and a proposition to cater a friends graduation, we decided that we could actually do this on the side without the feeling of work. We are happy to be active in our community and provide a great product for an affordable price. We understand that every event we cater is different and we are happy to customize each experience.
